Description: This workshop will help families understand Self-Direction a service provided by OPWDD. We will be discussing the difference between Medicaid Waiver Services and Self-Direction. We will also go over the responsibilities and paperwork that a parent or guardian will have to complete. We will also review the roles of a broker as well as the agency that will oversee your child’s Self-Direction budget.
