Description: Creating a Legal, Financial & Life Care Plan for a Person with a Disability and their family. What resources are available to an individual with a disability? What steps should families take? We will review financial assets and resources, government benefits, public assistance, SSA/DAC, and Medicare. We will also discuss the legal and financial planning that should occur to protect the receipt of these assets and maintain eligibility for current and future benefits.Should you incorporate SN Trusts, Testamentary Trusts, ABLE Accounts etc. What are the pros and cons of each.
