Early Childhood 2021/2022
Description: This virtual course will lay the groundwork for how to develop the partnership as an instructional team to create a safe, welcoming learning environment for your early learners. We’ll explore different strategies to engage students, maximize instructional time and honor the cultural richness and abilities each student brings. We’ll discuss how to identify learning opportunities, how to be proactive, foster student independence and focus on quality instruction for your students. We’ll discuss how to provide consistent support within the classroom to increase student growth, informal assessment, and provide instructional support across all areas of development. We’ll provide a toolbox of early childhood resources to best support your early learners.
