Description: In this session, teachers will participate in place-based learning at the New York Botanical Garden. This workshop is for NYBG partnership classes and members of the Plant-Learn-Grow professional learning community that have successfully integrated an edible school garden into their school day and are looking to take the next steps. The workshop will focus on nutrition and sustainability, and the resources available for teaching these topics at the New York Botanical Garden.
