Description: Pre-requisite: Successful completion of all 4 days of TCIS Core. Therapeutic Crisis Intervention - Conflict Resolution (TCI-CR) is a 1-day in-person professional learning experience. Participants will learn a structured process to help young people work out interpersonal conflicts without resorting to violence. Activities include a set of conflict resolution steps to practice and an opportunity for participants to examine their own personal responses to conflict. Techniques include a self-assessment survey, presentation, discussion, demonstration, role play, and practice. NOTE: There is no comprehensive test as this course builds on the content learned from the TCIS core and is recommended for all Crisis team members.
