Transition 2019/2020
Description: District 75 Transition Team Leaders (TTL)/ Transition Coordinators and Job Developers will participate in four (4) full day sessions that will facilitate their collaborative work and utilization of best practices. Attendees will also engage in goal setting, case conferencing and will learn about research based transition planning to inform service planning and delivery. These meetings are only open to schools' identified Transition Team Leaders (TTL)/ Transition Coordinators and Job Developers. Attendance is required at all four sessions .
