Description: 1 day workshop focusing on gender and gender non-conforming & LGBTQ students. Participants will explore social constructs of gender, stereotypes, and the unique struggles of LGBTQ students. Participants will develop strategies and explore tools to support staff and students in LGBTQ issues. Family and community supports will also be addressed.
