Transition 2018/2019
Description: Transition Team Leaders and Job Developers will participate in two (2) full day sessions that willfacilitate their collaborative work and utilization of best practices. Attendees will also engage in goal setting, case conferencing and will learn about research based transition planningto inform service planning and derlivery. These meetings are only open to schools' identified Transition Team Leaders and Job Developers. Attendace is required at both sessions.
