Description: This virtual 90-minute professional learning experience provides an overview of Social and Emotional Learning for Adults. It will identify and discuss the key features of CASEL’s 5 Core Competencies – Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. Participants will explore the specific skills, habits and mindsets that fall under the umbrella of social-emotional learning and the four key settings that represent the ecosystem that supports adults’ and children’s learning and development: their classrooms, schools, homes, and communities.
