Description: This full-day professional learning is focused on Explicit Instruction. During the morning session, participants will explore the core tenets of Explicit Instruction, understand the research backing this approach, and examine the positive impact it has on student outcomes, especially those with a history of learning difficulties. In the afternoon, the focus will shift to Explicit Instruction in Reading. Participants will dive into the systematic and structured methods aligned to the Science of Reading that strengthen reading instruction and improve literacy outcomes across grade levels.
