Description: This cross-curricular professional development is designed for the elementary teacher (K-5). In this two-day workshop participants will engage in multi-sensory learning activities and gain practice in developing lessons that bridge math & literacy. Participants will develop lessons for their students that provide access to math content, critical thinking, and social skill practice. Participants will use storybooks to discover many embedded math and literacy concepts that support generalizing student learning across multiple environments.
