Description: This workshop will review considerations and requirements for developing a quality transition-focused IEP. Participants will also be introduced to the NY State Performance Plan Indicators with an emphasis on Indicator 13 (SPP 13) and will learn best practices for conducting a self-review of IEPs at the school level to determine NYSED compliance guidelines for effective and relevant transition services delivery. Audience: Middle school and high school teachers, related service providers, and administrators.
