Transition 2018/2019
Description: Brooklyn Transition Team Leaders and Job Developers will participate in professional learning sessions that will facilitate their collaborative work and utilization of best practices within their borough. Attendees will also engage in case conferencing, goal setting and project implementation to inform service planning and delivery. These meetings are only open to schools' identified Transition Team Leaders and Job Developers. Attendance is required at both sessions.
