Description: This is a full day workshop discussing Executive Functions and Critical Thinking Skills. Executive Functions are essential life skills that are crucial for academic success. They are needed to plan, execute, complete and monitor tasks. Critical Thinking is the intellectual process of actively and skillfully conceptualizing, applying, analyzing, synthesizing and/or evaluating information. This will be explored through the lens of Bloom's Taxonomy and Webb's Depth of Knowledge. Counselors and all classroom staff are invited to attend. Danielson Framework: 3c, 3b,and 4e. A certificate will be issued upon completion of the course. CEUS are being offered.
