Literacy 2023/2024
Description: This three-day packaged, professional learning series will address the five critical components of reading foundational skills while supporting teachers with strategies to foster a literacy-rich classroom environment and deliver high-quality instruction. We will make connections between theory and practice with a focus on explicit and systematic instruction by examining how core curricula utilized in District 75 align with the Science of Reading across tiers of instruction.
Participants will have an opportunity to view examples and demonstrations of lessons.
