Description: In this 1 day workshop, participants will explore how robotics may be used to increase motivation and fascilitate goal completion. Participants will be given hands on training using LEGO and Intellibits kits that might already be in use in your school. Skills discussed in this training are 1b Demonstrating Knowledge of Students, 2b Establishing a Culture for Learning, 3a Communicating with Students, 3c Engaging Students in Learning, 3e Demonstrating Flexibility and Responsiveness, 4d Participating in the Professional Community, 4e Growing and Developing Professionally.
