Instructional Technology (STEM), Mathematics (STEM) 2019/2020
Description: This workshop is for standardized and alternate assessment teachers looking to improve their technology integration skills utilizing the Smart Board to deliver interactive and hands-on math content. Some areas addressed will be working with math manipulatives, using video content, screen casting, and virtual manipulatives. Participants must have basic Smart Notebook software skills, i.e have taken the basic course or through their own experience. Notebook software must be installed on laptop prior to the class. Explicit teaching, questioning, listening, and checks for understanding will be incorporated so that so all students can participate in the learning process. A certificate will be issued upon completion of the course. CTLE approved
