Description: Matter is everywhere! What is it and how do we describe it? In this PD, we will unpack the core ideas, practices and expectations for students who are alternately assessed. We will focus on promoting literacy through hands-on science learning and lesson adaptations for the content in Unit 1 of the D75 Science Scope and Sequence Resource Guide. Teachers will leave with the resources they need to implement a successful science unit.
