Description: This workshop will provide an introduction and overview of transition services and planning required to prepare all students (12 and older) for postsecondary success. Attendees will be introduced to NYSED requirements for transition services, agency resources and best practices to facilitate transition planning with students, families, staff and agencies. Audience: Middle school and high school teachers, paraprofessionals, guidance counselors, and administrators.
