Participants will explore strategies and resources that can be used to support instruction, manage behavior, collect data, and foster student independence. Through hands-on activities and collaborative discussions, paraprofessionals will build confidence in their skills while expanding their toolkit to positively impact student outcomes and strengthen their role as valuable members of the educational team.
