Description: Pre-requisite: Proof of having completed the core TCIS course. Therapeutic Crisis Intervention - Conflict Resolution (TCI-CR) is a 2-day training, 3 hrs each day. This 2 day training will provide participants with a strategy to help young people work out interpersonal conflicts without resorting to violence. Activities include a set of conflict resolution steps to practice and an opportunity for participants to examine their own personal response to conflict. Techniques include a self assessment survey, presentation, discussion, demonstration, role play, and practice.
