D75-25-328: From Notice to PWN: A Comprehensive Dive Into the IEP Process
IEP Development 2025/2026
Description: This workshop is designed for anyone new to the IEP process. We will cover every step of creating a quality individualized education program. An overview of basic logistics such as timelines, documentation, and SESIS will be provided. We will discuss and explore appropriate data sources and how to use that evidence to determine services. We will also review best practices for holding meetings and how to resolve meeting conflicts. From there, we will delve into writing the IEP, including how to synthesize information between the present levels of performance, annual goals, and transition needs.
Please note, this is an intensive, interactive learning experience. Participants should complete all pre-work prior to attending. Failure to do so by the required date may result in expulsion from the registration list.
