Description: The Shifting Mindsets: Rethinking Behavior Through Relationships and Systems professional learning experience is two (2) 90-minute virtual sessions, designed to challenge assumptions about behavior and encourage reflection on how beliefs, relationships, and systems influence student outcomes. PART 1: Participants will define their personal and educational beliefs • Explore the impacts on behaviors • Identify Environmental considerations. PART 2: Participants will explore the importance of communicating effectively • Explore intentionally building powerful relationships • Review systems needed for positive, effective classroom management skills.
