Description: This 2 day workshop explores a systematic approach to selecting a functional communication system. The emphasis will be to teach INITIATION and SPONTANEITY across four diffent systems; vocal, sign, symbol-based and sound generated devices Attendees will be expected to demonstrate competency in selection of functional communication systems for students'. OPEN TO TEAMS (teachers, D75 SETSS paraprofessionals and related service providers).
