Feeding 2021/2022
Description: Recommended for 1st year or new speech therapists, occupational and physical therapists. This workshop will provide an overview of feeding and swallowing, and the manifestation of feeding disorders and dysphagia in the school setting. Topics will include, but are not limited to: identification and assessment of students with feeding difficulties, general principals of feeding intervention, strategies to support mealtime safety, feeding and the IEP, and developing a mealtime plan. Please be advised that registrations will no longer be accepted less than one week before the event.
