Transition 2019/2020
Description: This workshop will engage participants in a review of the Common Core Learning Standards, Career Development and Occupational Studies Standards and the Health, Physical Education and Family Consumer Science Standards. Participants will explore the connections between these standards and their relevance the in transition planning process, diploma and credential attainment to facilitate student success in education, employment and independent living domains. This workshop is open to elementary, middle school and high school teachers, counselors, paraprofessionals and administrators.
