Feeding 2024/2025
Description: This 2-day workshop is designed for SLPs, OTs and PTs, to identify, treat and/or manage sensory, behavioral, oral motor, as well as, gross and fine motor feeding and swallowing difficulties in students within the school setting. This course will also address best practices using a team approach, employing a parent coaching model, interpreting findings, setting goals and exploring specific intervention strategies that providers can administer during their therapy sessions. Participants will be REQUIRED to complete a hands-on assessment of a student on their caseload or in their program to be discussed on day 2.
